4|12 was founded in 1998 by a small group of friends and families who would meet together in a family's backyard.
This group imagined a church that was truly welcoming to everyone - where everyone had a seat at the table regardless of personal history, family background, ethnicity, or gender. In the year 2000, 4|12 landed at 7th St & Lyon Ave, and we have continued to be a place that welcomes all.
Who We Are
At 4|12, it is our mission to win people to Christ, disciple people in their walk, and send people to impact the world.

Meet Pastor Mark
Pastor Mark Henry is known for calling people to do one thing: Passionately Pursue Jesus Christ.
Pastor Mark leads 4|12 Church in San Jacinto, CA, Revive Church in Brooklyn Park, MN, and is the founder of Mark Henry Ministries. He is a regular contributor at Bible conferences, retreats, radio and internet programs.
Meet Pastor Jon
Pastor Jon is our Teaching Pastor at 4|12 Church. As such, he is responsible for all the various ministries and for shepherding the staff. He also leads the 4|12 family toward a passionate pursuit of Jesus as our primary teaching pastor.
Jon previously served as a pastor in Alaska. He loves his wife, Rebecca, his three sons, and the outdoors. His education includes study at The Masters Seminary, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Liberty University, Calvary University and Frontier School of the Bible.
